Like a pocket field-guide, the free Merlin App can help you try to identify the bird you saw using its Bird ID Wizard and its five questions. More than a field guide, the App takes bird ID to a new level using photos you have to narrow down the bird identification. Another excellent option in the App is the sound identification. Learn how to build a digital scrapbook of your birding memories. At home or abroad, use Merlin to explore and create lists of birds you might spot. 

Participants should download the free Merlin App to their mobile phones before the webinar to participate in some of the demos.
