RAS receives compliments and complaints through email occasionally. The RAS Board has decided to implement a policy in which emails with compliments or complaints will be responded to by the RAS Vice President (VP) in writing. The goal is to provide a timely, professional and consistent response that represents the mission and values of RAS.
